Welcome To The Woodshed At Nate’s Place
An Intimate House Concert Experience
Beginning in September of 2021, a monthly show is thrown at a private residence in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore, featuring a new, original musician or band. Our goal has always been to shine a light on the amazing local talent we have, and to be a refuge for touring musicians to stop through and play to an intimate, ‘listening room’-style audience.

The Woodshed at Nate’s Place
S. Port St., Baltimore, MD 21224
Multi-instrumentalist and solo artist, Eliot Lewis has a career most musicians could only dream about. He has performed with many of the biggest names in the music business including, Daryl Hall & John Oates, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Joe Walsh, Todd Rundgren, Train, Cheap Trick, Grace Potter, Ben Folds, Sammy Hagar, BlackBerry Smoke, Squeeze and many others. As a Multi-instrumentalist, Eliot’s incredibly unique shows will find him moving from one instrument to another using live looping to seamlessly construct songs and arrangements on the spot and in the moment. If Eliot plays a cover song, it’s typically a song he’s performed with that artist.
Baltimore Singer/Drummer Ricky Wise hosts every performance, kicking the show off with a few originals!
A couple of quick notes for your visit:
We can host up to 60 guests for our shows, and we do have seating, but it is first come first serve until there is standing room for our few remaining guests.
Tickets are non-refundable, however, we do have a community here at the Woodshed, and if you don’t want your ticket to go to waste, please contact us so we can find it a new owner!
This show is hosted at a private residence, and for the family’s sake, we do not publicly post the street address, but you will receive the address as soon as you make your reservation.
The Canton neighborhood is limited to street parking, so we do recommend doing a ride-share/carpool, or Uber/Lyft.
